REGULATION

The new regulation on handling with fluorinated gases is F-GAS 517/2014. Restrictions apply only to gases with high GWP value (> 1400).

The customer is obliged to send his F-GAS handler card during the purchase process, by e-mail or after receiving his goods.

Otherwise, if the customer does not have the F-Gas handler card, according to the Ministry of Environment and EU, the purchase will only be possible if the customer declares that the use of the product will be destined to other activities that are not included in the law CEE517/2014 specifically in art.10. We inform customers that according to the new law we are obliged to keep the sales book with complete data of customers and quantity purchased. The register is available to the authorities upon request.

With regard to the F-Gas taxes applied in some countries, we suggest the customer to inquire about the local laws before purchasing.

With regard to products subject to the European law F-GAS 517/2014, our company reserves the right not to ship the products and to refund the order if the information has not been entered correctly. The sales record required by the law F-GAS 517/2014 cannot be completed correctly without this information.

ORDERS

Orders can be placed from this website on-line at refrigerante.eu. All orders must be paid within 48h, otherwise they will be cancelled. All orders imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. In addition to being subject to revision, they may be cancelled before any shipment is made without any compensation to the buyer due to typographical errors, and exceptionally due to variations in the prices presented by the manufacturers of the products, due to modifications according to market variations and variations in raw materials, updating of catalogs or lack of stock/availability. An order will never be processed on a product with a price of 0€, this being considered a typographical error. The conditions for which an order can be cancelled occur in a minimum percentage and occasionally, anyway, if you want to confirm your order before placing it, you can do it by e-mail before placing it.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are normally made by DHL, SEUR, DPD, UPS, TIPSA. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, no holidays. The date of delivery will be communicated to the customer by the transport company.

Shipping costs

We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. An order will be considered delivered, when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. We are not responsible for transport costs if the data (full name, complete address, contact telephone number) for shipment are not correct.

However, refrigerante.eu declines all responsibility for delays in the delivery of packages due to causes beyond our control. All costs relating to local taxes or customs or any other type in the recipient country shall be borne by the Customer.

All deliveries will be made to the street door, and the carrier is not responsible for delivering the goods to any home, house, office, etc. If you have needs in this regard should contact us, in certain cases we can offer an additional service with cost for delivery inside your home or company.

The shipment of the products will always be made after confirmation of payment of the same taking into account the value date indicated by the corresponding banks.

refrigerante.eu is NOT responsible for failed delivery due to absent recipient at the address, incorrect address or zip code, incorrect name, etc.. In these cases the customer will have to bear the costs of return and telephone calls to the carrier's customer service to obtain information and / or request redelivery. If reshipment is required due to the customer's fault, the customer will be charged additional shipping costs.

refrigerante.eu is not responsible for any loss/damage/theft for which you must claim from the carrier. Shipping rates added during purchase do not include any insurance.

Some remote addresses require high shipping costs that our website cannot calculate automatically. In this case, our company reserves the right to request an additional shipping fee and fully refund the order if the customer refuses to pay it.

During peak seasons, such as the summer season, deliveries may take longer than expected due to the high demand of orders.

BILLING

Invoicing is intended only for business customers who have correctly registered and provided all company data, INTRA-COMMUNITY VAT, f-gas certificates and have signed the declaration on the use of f-gas.

Local regulations concerning e-commerce do not imply the obligatory issuance of the invoice to individuals or to customers who have not correctly entered all company data during the purchase.

If you need an invoice for your purchase, make sure you have it a few days after delivery of the goods. If this does not happen, you have to request it directly to our customer service within the first 7 days of the month following the purchase.

No invoice can be issued 30 days after receipt of payment and if the company details have not been properly provided.

WARRANTY

Air conditioners are guaranteed for 2 years by law. Air conditioners must be installed by professional installers. For the warranty to be valid, it is necessary to present, within one month, the official warranty document of the installation (min. 6 months), the certificate of the authorized air conditioner installer and invoice of the installation. The documents must be sent electronically.

The warranty is subject to verification by our laboratory (or our supplier's laboratory) to determine the type of failure.

The warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulations, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

The warranty will be void:

- If any of the data on the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced.

- If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.

Customers must use their own carrier to return the product and pay the shipping costs.

The warranty on the net gas weight applies only if the packaging seal is intact.

The warranty on the indicator/gauge of the kits applies exclusively if there is no sign of overpressure/high pressure.

Regarding the under (or over) weight of the flow gas, we inform you that the factories operate with the standard commercial tolerance of 2.5% due to variations in operating temperature.

RETURN

Standard products may exercise their right of withdrawal from the purchase exercisable within a minimum period of FOURTEEN BUSINESS DAYS from delivery. If the goods are not returned in perfect condition and condition, 100% of the price will not be refunded. Original packaging, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.
